Puis j'ai entendu "on y va?" et ca y est, j'ai su que j'avais raison! :p Je suis americaine, mais on a vecu en France pendant des annees. Aaaaarrgh! had to stop watching because the uploader kept cutting the video after every single sentence. Unwatchable! Why do people do that? No professional TV show does it, so why do some RU-vidrs? Jusy don't... it absolutely kills the message

Hi, I'm so glad to see you recording. You guys are so cute and I have missed your updates and adventures. The water beads...they are fun sensory toys for kiddos...but watch her closely. I've recently heard some awful stories about kids who have swallowed them. You might Google them to see how safe they are.

Super partage :) Mia est au taquet hihi! Je te rassure je suis une super crafty person et je n’ai pas non plus commencé avec ma fille de 11 mois (juste une fois: peinture dans une pochette transparente et scotchée à une table et elle bougeait la peinture avec les doigts mais ça a duré 2 minutes ahah - tu trouveras des tutos sur la peinture sèche facilement)et après c’est vrai que les activités manuelles sont + accessibles après je trouve.

Did you partake the winter carnival festivities or did you keep your sanity and stay home? My parents usually stay in because of the crowds, but I remember as a kid, it was lots of fun. I never had panic or anxiety attacks before. I gave up smoking after 50 years(yes 50) almost 3 weeks ago. The first week was good. I felt calm and in a good mood. I have some Nicotine lozenges just in case I had cravings but had hardly used them. Then out of the blue about a week ago, I started having insomnia issues which seems to have triggered panic/anxiety attacks as well. I found that using Melatonin before I go to bed helps. If I'm busy or at work I might feel a bit jittery now and then but nothing like I do when I try to sleep at night. I'm hoping this is temporary and ends soon. I'm not crazy about the idea of having to deal with doctors and be on medication for this.
It will pass around the 2/3 month mark, your situation resonate with mine altough i only smoked on and off for 3 years.I guess the reason some people still feel anxious a bit directly correlate to the amount of years of smoking and the frequency of it.i'm almost at 2 months of quitting cold turkey and i only experience chest tightness that sometimes is a bit hard and sometimes i barely even feel it.
It was a big issue for me too. I had a very difficult teen period concerning my body and started to feel really bad and self conscious about it. Also I looked pretty from afar but not great from close, so I was always scared to see the disappointed reactions of people coming close. I think It wasn't just my appearance, but I've realized it was deeper and also about who I was in general. It made me keep people far away from me. And now I'm starting to open up little by little. I love my body a little more everyday what everything it does for me and helps me do in this life. I don't shame people who do surgery, I really honour their choice, and a part of me always wanted to change things (if I could just snap my fingers magically and change it ^^), but at the same time, since very young, I've always thought "no I want to love myself without changing. I know I can love myself the way I am", and that even though it is a challenge with the very very low self confidence I had, I still had something within telling me that "I am enough". I don't need to be something else to be loved and to have my place in this universe. There's still days when I feel meh ^^ but I feel more and more love, loved and loving toward others and the world =) This type of video is great as well. It was a good reminder!

That would be interesting since it's such a beautiful and different place to where I live in France. Thank you for sharing this little paradise with us all =)
I don't know why I hadn't watched this video before, since i've seen all of the other ones^^ It popped in my feed and made me very happy ! I just watched it drinking a warm tea and knitting nice and soft merino socks ^^ That was perfect! I love your house (and your videos!!! =) Especially the living room/kitchen and the bathtub with a view! And the little mezzanine seems perfect to do yoga/meditation. I was wondering, is the wood stove the only way you heat the house or do you use other appliances? Thank you once again for this very warm and cozy video.I really feel good after watching it. =)

I’m going thru this right now I got sick and didn’t expect to quit but I had terrible panic attacks and anxiety and anxious all day long it sucked, anxiety got so bad I felt unreal, but day by day it’s getting better also quitting drinking and weed at once so.

I have missed seeing your videos. Mia is adorable and you are doing a great job. I lived in Whitefish back in 2004 and was just there visiting Glacier last week. So strange to see the valley got so big and busy.
