Bro, you did a shit job. I'm an employee not a contractor or sub. I have been doing work like this on buildings from the 1800s since i was a kid. In an area with constant hurricanes. You left it better than it was. So, i commend you and give you 4 stars. You did not sister the rafter you cut. And it's on a corner... You just put more crap on top of crap. I would have taken at least a full 8'4' sheet out the roof. Sister the rafter at the least. You are trying to flash metal against brick with no mortair left in it. Silicone will not fix crappy bends rust and decisions. Im sure it will last 2 years before it starts leaking again. Let's just ignore the pitch of the roof. The problem is probably a clogged drain or there is no vent. So, the drain overflows when it rains..... Roofs are not supposed to have drains. And that roof is not flat. Its just settled.... lmfao. Thats a vent. But im sure the current owner of the building insist its a drain.... I would pay $1000 dollars for this job.
Maybe the last person to call. But after your done I can 100% say judging by your videos, you made it to the top of there list💯. Keep up the good and honest work be safe🤙🤙
So zip system and Huber are the same company and this is just their subfloor so tape stick really well to the subfloor which is just as good as the 5/8 zip but we’re required to put three-quarter inch on a flat roof
I was thinking the same thing. Sometimes my company has work in the city and finding a good dumpster location and getting the debris off the roof is the hardest part
Man how many hours you work guess yo sell the job and doit yourself right man I work 12 hours in my dad roofing business and I sometimes feel like am a slave I get paid good I just don't have hours for myself and family man I don't know I just like to her how other people schedules their days and weeks you know 😂
Wouldn’t advise you let the rock wool sit that close to you’re bored like that you will have a sweat problem in time.. should leave some breathing room
