I already found a building that was previously used for an adult daycare and everything is in place . I’m sure it will pass inspection because the previous owners told me they know it will pass. I am scared of losing this opportunity to get a building like this. I already purchased furniture. The lease rent is affordable for me for 5 months . I have to start making revenue by the 6th month. . Do you think I can get it done. I also have 7 people that are ready to come on board approved for ADC through the state. Do you think I can do it ?
while I wait all that time to finally get approved with the process of obtaining the In network status with all the diff insurance companies, I will have to be paying rent and expenses all those months, what can I do in that adult care facility like a second business to obtain an income to pay for all of that mean while??????????????

However, you could probably start your own for $125k - $200k. In that case you may have to start in a smaller space. If you don’t have the liquidity to fund it yourself which most people may not then they’ll have to bring on partners or get a loan to help fund the start up cost of an adult day center.

The cost has seriously increased in the past few years - from around 4000 to almost 6000 per month - and that is one of the least expensive places in my area.

@@BevMattocks oh I’m sorry that happened. It’s good though that you were able to understand what caused his unexpected behavior, that is was a common medical / uti symptom. I had no idea about this until yesterday after my mom went to the hospital. I was scared of how out of it my she has been, rather suddenly.
