@@leiriehysta1719 hindi ako sure pero my iba ata na nagstart sa teaching assistant pero yung uk ngayon kailangan ma meet ang salary before makakuha ng skilked visa. hindi yun mamemeet ng teacher assistants.
@@coleenparan3646 in the past it is but harder to process. Since last year it is really hard as the sponsor is looking for a diploma in education (BEED, BSED or Masters in educ). the diploma and experience needs to br alligned with an educ degree.
Depending on the reason for denial. Most likely if you were petitioned in the past, overstayed or insinuate that you will stay beyond your visa expiration it would still be a denial.

Hello, LPT po ako English major for Secondary level po. But ang naging experience ko lang po ay kindergarten for 8 years po dito sa Vietnam. Do i have a chance po kaya sa US?
@@jinkydeleon8687 write now the sponsors are very strict when it comes to the alignment. but if you have a diploma stating that your degree is in education or that the additional credits you have is equivalent to an education degree as stated in your diploma or if you have a masters in education that should be accepted.
Pwede po magtanong? Dating J1 po ako and may mga teaching licenses sa New Mexico and New Zealand. Confused lang about applying for QTS. Will these licenses count? 😂 parang mali ata filling up of application ko or these doesn’t really count
for qts po. if you have done preservice in the US prior to teaching yun lang po pwede. May mga states na before magbigay ng cert ginagwa yun but NM is not doing it. As of now naman you can teach in UK for 4 years even without qts if galing ka sa countries na namention.

They asked for a medium of Instruction certificate sa school kung saan ako nag masters. Tapos I submitted that sa nag eevaluate ng transcripts and qualifications.
@@karupothulaswathi I actually know a lot of Teachers who have siblings here in the US. It would really depends on how you answer the question. The one's that usually get a denial are those that have US citizen parents or were petitioned in the past.
@@tr.emillymukoya7762 majority especially if they were petitioned by their parents in the past. J1 is a program that allows one to stay for a certain duration. The consul mostly think that after the program the participant will not go home.
I was not petetioned. A US employer sponsored a work visa. After receive my NOA I scheduled for an appointment. I believe the interview date given was more than a month after I set the appointment.
usually takes 3-6 months po or more depende ho sa bilis magprocess ng teacher, employer at lawyer. kung outside the philippines mas mabilis kasi visa lang need. sa pinas after mo makuha ang visa my oec pa po.
Wanna share my story to you sir, C1D Visa holder po kase ako, seaman po. Then I got selected last March lang sa H1B Visa. Joining Date ko sa barko this coming May 31, worry ko tlga po itong pagsampa ko kase baka biglang dumating yung notice tapos nasa barko pako. But my plan is, once my notice arrives magreresign ako sa barko to go home and to process my H1B. Baka po may ma-advice kayo ng ideas or payo saken, thank you sir!
these are the list of Schools who processed H1 last year or previous years. The problem is not all school hire Teachers for H1 every year. It really depends upon the need of the school.
