Not sure its recycling if you buy the trash bags from the store to use them to make this? Thats like saying buying fabric is recycling. You're crafting with an unusual material.
@@roylong2059 No one would use filthy garbage bags. Obviously the message is to recycle plastic. Reusing can also happen in cases when one uses the garbage bags to wrap any thing and store it. And later if those things are unwraped then instead of throwing that plastic, it can be reused this way.
