@@midwestpanther98 I inherited my grandparents' 2000 Lincoln Continental with only 20k miles & I couldn't have two cars at the time so I sold it. Unfortunately I think it's probably junked by now. The Continental is still in the family though.
@midwestpanther98 so far my friend, you're spot-on. I figured, I needed something cheap for uber, so, I figured $39, even if it turned out to be junk, no big loss. As expected, it's not ready for Hollywood. Honestly, I'm just trying to protect myself from "he said, she said." In my old truck, I had a $900 blackvue.. for Repo's. I appreciate the heads up.
Right there with you. Very cold in kc glad i greased everything and did oil change week ago. I put fresh coolant in it in 2019 so it wasn't worried about that
Do you have aftermarket tint on the rear window? Because that's where the antenna is. It's possible the window tint is interfering with the signal, or the person who installed the tint damaged a section of the antenna grid. Take a flashlight and check if you have breaks in the antenna grid on the rear window. Also, what happens to AM/FM radio reception when you turn on the rear window defroster, can you make another test video doing that, just like this video. -Chuck
FM reception is not affected. Only AM and I received the best reception on AM with nothing on. If I turn the key to on for the rear defroster it has no change. Yes,I have tint.
