Hi Mayuri, the settings for each machine will be different. The steps are: -Clamp the head down (ensure the impression roller and blade are not touching the plate) -Lower the impression roller down using the micrometers until it touches the plate, this is with no pressure -Lower the doctor blade using the micrometers until it touches the plate, this is also no pressure -Release the head clamps -Add 50 divisions of pressure to the impression roller micrometers (ie if the micrometer say 40 then 1 complete turn to 40) -Add 40 divisions of pressure to the doctor blade micrometers (ie if the micrometer says 40 then turn it to 0) polyester film thickness should be ok with these base settings, with thicker substrate sizes you may start with 40 divisions of impression pressure compared to the standard 50
