This video is literally listed on a page titled "Partition Manager for Windows server 2016" and listed as a free download, but in order to actually run any of the changes and alter the partitions it asks for a purchase of $399+ in order to get a version that works with 'server' operating systems. I didn't know server systems were so vastly different than a desktop O.S. that one is free and the other is $399+
It's a free tool, what do you mean by partitions are separated? On the same disk OK, on different disk, you need to build RAID at first and then use this free tool to do the space redistributing for free.
