A guy at work was showing me interest. He did all the classic signs, such as singling me out in a group. Would approach me first. Strike up conversations first. Matching my pace when we walk beside each other in the hallway (at work). Was very helpful. Gave random touches on the arm or back. Again, in a group setting directly in front of me. Joke around alot. I was getting excited until I noticed he behaved similarly with other girls and did all this to get ME interested in him. When in actuality, he was never interested in me. From my perspective a female will not tell u. By u showing interest and reaching out will show her u like her. She must of assumed u didn’t like her so she wanted to get u jealous on purpose. Childish definitely.

As a man I can say the reason I stare but dont approach is because I am insecure as hell about my skills and I dont want to embarrass myself in front of her and her friends and dont want to come out as a creepy. For that reason I prefer when they're alone.
