Hola, Esta es mi pregunta: Yo tengo un sole propiertor company y applique para el ELDI loan y me dieron 5k grant. Entonces fui aprobado para un prestamo. Yo no tengo W2 ni 1099. Mi ingreso personal lo cojo como dividendo de la compañia. Todavia puedo aplicar para el PPP loan? Todavia no he hecho los taxes del 2019 porque pedi una extension .
My issue is after the 8 weeks and you go for loan forgivement, how do you show you paid yourself and used all the funds for your personal payroll? So the lenders don't screw you later and refuse to forgive?
Sara, you'll definitely want to make sure you pay yourself weekly and show that on bank statements. If you have two accounts, pay yourself via check from wherever the PPP loans are to a different account. Show dates on checks so you can prove to the bank that you indeed used 75% of loans to pay yourself. Not sure about the other 25% yet, your lender should provide a guide soon on how to make loan forgiveable. I agree with you, plan for the worse, meaning that you may have to pay some back. My non-accountant advise.
Fabian Ramirez so will you’re saying that add money weekly to a separate bank account? What if my personal bank account and business bank account are threw the same bank? Will that work or do I need to add a different bank account?
You would put your Social Security number instead of business license. Paypal didn't ask me for business license. You can also try OnDeck.com, they have a great reputation as well. Remember to have your Schedule C from your 2019 tax return. Great question.
DId you get approved? Im stuck at underwriting review. I only uploaded Schedule C from my 1040, the excel from paypal and that's it! They didn't ask for more, but now I'm worried, I docusigned 4/20 and still nothing. And a lot of ppl is being denied because paypal can't "verify his identity"
Diego, I was in the same situation but they just put the money in my account. They had approved it and then I guess the money ran out. I docusigned as well but the SBA loan number was not on the document. However, today I downloaded the docusign docs again and the SBA loan number is on there. But funds are in my account. I also received $1K for EIDL.

Diego Obregon , so they said you’re approved and they have a price correct? When you signed you should’ve seen the amount of the loan. If so, I think that amount will come.

Schedule C from my 1040. Also, if you have a business license, the system will ask. It's a checklist that lets you upload one at a time. Super easy to submit. It's also like a portal so you can save your spot, gather the info, upload it, and then submit is all once you've uploaded all documents.
