0:05 I looked like this like 6-7 weeks ago, since then I stepped on the scale yesterday (although when I stepped on it last time I wanted to die cause of the disappointment LOL) and now I'm down -10kgs... no gym, only calorie deficit and some fasting, and it was easy asf. wishing everyone success, LFG BOYS
I've recently got up after losing my family ( we broke up), and I started to work out so hard on my diet, addiction, diet, and gym, feeling strong like never, the only thing what counts is my son and my happiness. hi bro im 14 and im joing a gym for the first time, i did calisthenics bht wasnt very consistent and now i feel shy because i remember seeing a vjdek of an adult hating on teens because they are flooded in the same gym, what do i do?
Don't listen to that video, adults don't give a f about what you're doing in the gym, they might even help you with an exercise if they see you struggling or your form is off. Usually the biggest guys in there are the nicest LMAO. And honestly, the sooner you start, the better because if you start at 14, and you train properly, by 16 or 17 you're gonna be freaking jacked!
Hey bro I agree with Dovan here. There is no chance an adult is going to be hating on a kid, they’ll most likely try to help you out. Callisthenics is very cool, great for building physical strength and mental strength. You’re so young brother any kind of exercise is going to be great for you. Eat lots of eggs and meat everyday and try to avoid the processed food as much as possible. You will grow into a strong man
Thank you man! I felt like that at the start of my journey too, but honestly It was all in my head. I found out that the people at the gym actually had respect for me because I was trying to improve myself. You got this brother.
@@Optimaljacob I know, I just have a massive social anxiety issue which i know is in my head, but really prevents me from getting fit as i am desperate to. Everytime i try to work up courage to go in or get a PT I get too anxious and walk on past :/ That's half the battle right there.
