Today's workout (minus cats 🥲) was simple but goood... went by FAST but took nearly 40 minutes to complete. Consisted of two rounds - though just one would be sufficient if it's all you have time for 💪🏼✨ 1st round: 100 pushups, but every time you need a break/nearly get to failure, stop and do 10 heavy-ish DB deadlifts. Complete as fast as possible. Rest two minutes then onto: 2nd round: 100 deep goblet squats, every time a rest is needed, go right into 3 extremely slow negative-only chin-ups. Optional but recommended little core finisher: 2-3 rounds of 20 anti-rotation tall planks superset with 20 slow fully extended deadbugs. yaaasss enjoy 💦
Cats really do need two secreting organs and it would be great to see these recipes evolve into uaing whole ingredients as opposed to synthetic vitamins.
My cat likes the regular darts better. He fetches them for me. A nerf Maverick single shot shoots much slower darts so not fast enough to hurt em and its his favorite toy to fetch
I fixed my driver's side door handle on my 2013 Nissan Rogue Special Edition following your video directions. Even bought the same handle on Amazon. With a little wiggling of the lock, the part snapped into place and works perfectly. Thanks for the easy to do video!
I had a Nissan Sentra 2004 for years and never had a problem with the door handle, now I have a Nissan Sentra 2017 and on 2021 started giving me problems the door handle is cheap!!! Am not buying a Nissan again
This video just helped me out. Another video made it seem like taking off the panel from the inside was necessary. It really wasn't.. I was able to do it for $12 dollars. The parts must've gone up a $1 or 2

My cat doesnt seem to like chicken and only eats beef friskies but lately has been loosing interest in that now too or he eats and very shortly later pukes it up . I dont gave the budget to buy him the expensive science diet he loves 😔do you have any suggestions??????

Why aren't your video views increasing? And not reaching people? The reason is 1. Your video is not being SEO properly 2. Your video is not reaching the right people 3. Not using video hashtags properly 4. Not sharing the video on social media There are a few more reasons. That's why your videos are limited to your channel. Thank you for this! Our broken door handle is wired into the door because it's a smart entry keyless door handle, I think. It didn't break off but is broken in half and is dangling by the wires. Will your method still work?
i had gone thru all the steps except feeding closer together. when i put the bowls about 8 ft apart my older cat totally stopped eating. i had to take her to the vet to get her nausea medicine. when we got home it took her two days to start eating just a little. she hid under the bed for a day and a half. now 3 days later she is at least out from under the bed and eating a little. so just beware this might not be such a good idea. i had taken a month and a half to introduce them so i don't think it was too soon. now i have to start all over.
This went out the window with my 3. One was OK for stage 1 and 2. My other 2 have boycotted the entire upper floor of my house (where the new cat is) and attack me every time i try a scent swap. It's been 4 months now and I'm positive keeping one nice cat in a room for extended amounts of time even with frequent contact cannot be good.
Yesterday I practiced this technique after being unable to fall asleep alone for 2 days and it worked like magic I had 7 hours of amazing sleep. Thank you so much dear for this technique ❤ you are a savior
