Thank you for the retinol tip! I use a cream and do feel like it’s heavy on my face, so I will definitely check into the oil version. Also, I will try not to use it under my eyes because I do burn in that area when I do use a retinol!
When I was like 10 or so my uncle told me the oral routine suppose to be backwards. You floss out any left over food. Mouthwash it out and then brush your teeth. And I haven’t had as much trouble I normally would before I started doing that. ✨
