Is that the Chena River? Are you still in Fairbanks? I was in Fairbanks for a month back in 2007 in the Air Force. Stop by the Pump House Restaurant if you get a chance. It is right on the river.
1 in 80 Alaskan's is a pilot. This lady is a local pilot, well known in the community. Ships Captain spoke with her over aircraft frequency over boat PA. She was doing T&G and as such is part of the show. Both intentiinal and intentional visit.

@@azzir325 My wife is a genius at travel! If you'd ever told me that I would have been in first class I would have suggested otherwise. But first class not only gives you plenty of room but access to the sky lounge where they let you hang out and enjoy everything for free! This is the sky lounge in Washington.

Scenic beauty from the air!- a couple geologic observations: that river is OLD! the meandering course is clear- and an 'oxbow-lake' is close (in geologic time) to forming actually multiple oxbow lakes- thanks for the aerial treat!

Beautiful car. My Arab boss had one similar looking car. He took me to a meeting once, thats when i realised how big Americans could be as i was like a baby in those seats. The driver arm rest and the dashboard were big features i recollect
