This game and 1080 had me locked in. These were the fkn days. They don’t even have a variation of good games like they did on ancient systems. All these graphics for nothing these days. Take me back!
This game made me mad (back then we called it ninjagaidenitis) a lot, but after all these years, I miss it. I got to the end with Dooku after the volcano climb.
What I don't like is that the Life Regenerator runs out super fast... and there are no health kits in the missions. that way it would be better... and the controls are out of place and uncomfortable... that is, they should be only X,O,A,B....
I remember the shock it was when we see the opening , everything was made in real time with the game engine, the Dreamcast was so powerfull that they could do that even before the XBOX and PS2 era, i realise now that this game have a serious One Piece vibe mix with Leiji Matsumoto Captain Harlock they probably took inspiration from those manga classic, most of the overwork team was also working on Panzer Dragoon series like the Azel RPG one i wonder how they manage to build a game like Sky of Arcadia in less than 2 years.
Did anyone else notice the inconsistencies in the first cutscene? When Sonic first jumps out of the helicopter, he has his classic shoes, but when he flips to the wing and the camera cuts, he has on his Soap brand grind shoes.
They need to make more Buffy/Amgel games for the new generation of consoles. We need some for PS5 and Xbox Series X!!!!!!! Also it would give the cast a chance to reprise their roles without fear of aging. I have no idea why more video game studios havent touched this property. They dont even need Whedon to be involved at all as Tim Minear and David Greenwalt are the better writers anyway
I know Hommunculus can't feel romance, but could they feel kinship for other artificial people ? Also, I wonder what they would think of the cast from "Kokkoku". Theories ?
