So, I just created my gang sheet in SS and saved as a pdf. When I pull it into PS, there’s nothing there. 😢 I don’t know why. When I open the pdf on my computer the images are there, but not in PS. Do you have any ideas of why or what I’m doing wrong?

I followed your instructions to the T! Everything worked fine. Then I got a firmware update and now 3 of my replacement cartridges will not recognize. I've tried every hack that I could Google. Is there a way I can recover from this or am I SOL??

I have the 7720 & I tried this 3x instead of me printing 20 small pages * it just spit mt paper out & the error I get is that it has encountered an error and must quit. Any unsaved changes may be lost. I dont know what I'm doing wrong
