You mentioned goals, maybe you might want to do a video on goals in the future (if you haven't already im kinda new here) Goals are necessary to improve yourself. If you have no goals, you won't have any need to do anything for the future. People need to know how to make them, and more importantly achieve them. Just a suggestion :)
1. Get a good night's sleep. Go to bed early. Don't use your phone in bed. 2. Don't hit snooze. Wake up right away. 3. Don't browse social media when you wake up. Do something productive first (exercise, read, finish off a task etc). 4. Take the f***ing action.

Hey bro, what you spoke about in this vid is most of what i currently think about. I am tired of being a slave to my impulses and purely physical pleasure. I am slowly but surely making the switch. I believe i will and i believe that it will be better once completed. For now, I will do something good, and i already can feel the mental pleasure from when I will have achieved it. We are animals who naturally follow dopamine, but one day you'll gather all the self respect and logical reason; from there on, you'll long for a calmer life with tranquility and elegance. It is hard, but it is worth it. It's very hard, but it's very much worth it.❤
My schedule is messed up. I sleep at like 12AM, then get woke up at 6AM and go to school all tired. Im going to change this shedule and I'll update once I did!

Awesome tips in the video it gave me more insight to brain ram how I use the ram that I should use mostly for work, sports and to learn. I aim to focus more on myself and think less about other people's stories and problems in general if they don't hold any value to me
