I agree sir, but most of companies just concentrate on KPIs instead of institutionalizing the systems as you said. We may form a technical/strategic team that will keep exploring the technology perspective apart from daily routines!
Sure this will be of great help for executives who are serious about their career! Good initiate which will help global leaders to improve their skills.
Very true sir, looks very simple, but most Organisations are failing in these structural reviews owing to several reasons. My experience says we should not miss these reviews at any cost.
Yes sir, handling a diversified team in a completely different work environment is going to be a big task. Adaptability to any situation is the key element here but one must have a lot of courage to take on these types of challenges!
Yes. In any situation, there will be some common elements that need to be paid attention to. Once we do it, we will have a good chance of merging into the context.
Sir, I do agree 100% with you, but some times team culture, factory environment and support from BOSS/ Company is very critical for success. In this case, this Financial Executive would have been enjoyed with all above said support. In today's dynamic factory environments, it's rare to get all these support!! In my opinion individual's vested interests are making lot of difference!
Sure. The environment in companies is not similar. But anyway to gain 'Corporate weight' the achievements and building reputation is necessary. As one of my earlier bosses used to say, a capable person will create it in this job or in another job.. it is difficult to stop a capable person..
The major issue with energy these days is the sicial media diversions whether in office or home. Whatever measures we put in place we end up spending good amount of time on social media. All the above four types of energies are affected by social media that I see people otherwise active and having lot of energy have become couch potatos. This obsessive behaviour is dangerous and need great effort to become normal.
Yes. Certainly. The mental energy is most affected by it. The concentration gets affected. Span of attention is getting shorter and shorter. It will be good to exercise the mental muscle by taking up short tasks in a planned manner. Like if we are watching the TV for 3 hours, we try to reduce it to 2.5 hours. If we are not walking every day, try walking alternate days to begin with.. this way the mental muscle can be exercised.. later we can try to take up bigger tasks.. lifting bigger weights.. like trying to skip television watching on alternate days and so on.. by doing this, we can get our mental energy back..
You already have them.. that is the point. Most of the people are not conscious of it. They are using at least 3 out of the 4 energies.. you may or may not use the Spiritual energy. But you use all other 3 energies.. I'm sure you are aware of the body energy.. Mind energy - you would have experienced when you really focused on some work and you could do it very well.. that is mind energy.. you also would have experienced a situation when your mind is not on the work, you would have dragged it on for more time than necessary.. that is lack of mind energy.. You would have felt emotional about something.. like you want to support a friend or brother or spouse and you would have found extra energy to support them even though you were tired.. OR you would have felt you lost your energy totally when you had a fight with a colleague or with your spouse / brother etc.. that is the negative side of emotional energy..
Body energy is experienced by all and there can be no doubt about it. Mind energy is also experienced by all. When you are focused, you do better work. Heart energy is related to your emotions and again most of us would have experienced it. Soul energy is not experienced by all of us. Only those who worked beyond their own needs would have experienced it. All are real ones !

Managing coworker anger is like defusing a bomb... sometimes you just gotta walk away! But seriously, this video gave me some great strategies to try. Thanks you
Hi I don’t preach anything that I don’t practice and implement at my client locations. I have seen many leaders going off the tech route in management meetings. So, we implemented tech reviews and management reviews separately. If you present a particular problem, we can discuss how to address it. I can present my practical view😊
Dear Sir, I just listened to the session, and it is completely inspiring.
