Disagree. Depending on where you are… if your in a state that allows lane filtering you are not at fault. If it’s not legal in your state than no you both would be in the wrong. She was in the wrong regardless because it’s a solid white line but in the court of law it just depends where you are.
@@BigXam For bikes yes it is. Lane filtering you can past on the shoulder unless your in Colorado. If your their no but it’s rare to be stopped for improper side taking like you gotta be pretty unsafe to be pulled over for that.
@@Datboykeke This isn’t true at all. You can’t just make it up. This isn’t a bike it’s a motorcycle… And there are laws and I’ve seen people get tickets for it. Riding the shoulder is illegal to pass on and it’s not considered lane filtering. I get though. I do it sometimes too. Doesn’t make it legal.
@@BigXam Look up lane filtering. It’s a google search. I’m not making up any laws now I will say in most state it’s illegal. Why I said depends where you are… I was referring to if he was in a state that was legal. Which is why my second line stated “Depending on where you are…” because that is what it comes down to. Okay I’ll fully explain it since you think I don’t know. 1. If it’s where lane filtering is legal. The women would be in the wrong. 2. If he’s in a place where it’s illegal they are both in the wrong 3. If this took place in Colorado than they would both be in the wrong. Any question?
Thanks for the video man, but by pointing which panels to remove, you left some nice scratches on them ... next time just point with your finger ... lol
