@@TheSimpleGuyYT7 baby park has a good case because it’s 7 laps and such a small section, making it more hectic, Yoshi falls however it’s just too much like a Sunday drive, not too many item spots, and has somewhat of a boring theme

6:10 the 57 leaf clover makes it so that anything chanche related get rolled for 1 more time for an example an item mabye wont get activated whitout it beacouse the frist roll failed but whit the clover it gets rolled again so mabye the second time it will get activated
Hack and stun are my go to supply drops for the captain, like if you drop the stun one right, you can tie up like 50% of the initial adds when you start the teleporter. As long as you don't deal damage it can keep wisps, Lemurians, and beetles perma-stunned
Some follow up captain advice, as he's my go to survivor, his shotgun only rolls for crits/status once (when you fire) so bad news is, if the pellets aren't going to crit, none of them crit... But the upside is things like primal instinct (attack speed on Crit) reach max stacks with one shot because each pellet counts as a different hit, you can also inflict debuffs on multiple enemies with one uncharged shot. Also if you have bandolier you can drop more than 3 orbital strikes on one cool down if you grab the drop from an enemy before you fire the last shot. You could in theory, with like 100% bandolier chance, do nothing but drop orbital strikes as the captain
The hacking beacon chooses the closest item to where it lands in the multi terminal shop! I also think hunters harpoon is good on captain in early game since he’s slow, but understand the trade off with unpredictable speed boost especially on maps that are more prone to fall damage. If I loop I always scrap it when I can. Great video!
8:33 Captain's shotgun has knockback agains light flying enemies (so basically only wisps), you shot him into the ground and he died from collision damage! Nice video btw, you just got a sub
Actually his shotgun has knock back on all light enemies, jellyfish and lesser wisps are just the most noticeable because they fly. Like Lemurians and beetles only pop back like a meter or so, but it's enough to keep a fire elite from touching you, and it's enough to cliff an enemy.
4:53 technically lysate gives you more charges of your 1st in slot beacon (the one you call with LMB) but you can still only have 2 beacons up per stage. Edit: also, unlike other skills, you will not get the extra charge immediately, you will get the second beacon after you get to a new stage
@@Stuggots yeah well it gives you "more options" meaning you can take hack/heal for example and you have the choice to use 2 hacks or one of each, but yeah usually not worth taking. Also another thing about hacking beacons, at 6:09 the hacking beacon choses the item closest to it, in that case it was the banner, how ever if you have the executive credit card the beacon opens all 3 items from the tri-shop c:
Captain kinda is my least fav character to play, but powerwise i think he's fine. Good on moonsoon, and deals with most eclipse modifiers pretty well. Not having any way to reduce vertical momentum is his biggest weakness.
