I am frustrated need help I live in a condo that it doesn’t have a faucet to connect to clean the patio and so I bought in Amazon a hose adapter but it didn’t fit because the sink has a kraus faucet. The universal adapters didn’t fit what can I do ?
What kind of brackets are holding rafters? The roof is slanted, so they are not the regular straight ones, correct? Did you cut out little triangles on the rafters to insert them in the cross board?
This is NOT by the code. You're cannot connect another outlet directly to the outlet. You have to create pig tails and connect two outlets with the lead wire, with a wire nut. Or use 3 wire wago connectors, those are awesome and safe.
Those anchors you used are zinc plated & aren’t supposed to be used in exterior applications. For exterior they should be galvanized or stainless steel.
I WANT TO MAKE A CLIMBING WALL - MY HOUSE'S TALL SIDE IS A 5 METER WALL/ CINDER BLOCK - I WAS GIVEN 2 WEDGE BOLT STAINLESS 12 MM WITH ANCHOR HANGER -- CAN I DO THIS ?
Did the price of this cap really go up that much in two years?? Your link brings me to a vent without a cover and then the cover one is like $238?? Any other recommendations on one that wont break my bank?
First, throw those screws away. Just remember 16 16 16, drill a 3/16 th hole with a masonry bit, put a piece of 16 gauge annealed wire in the hole and drive a 16d common nail. You can attach to concrete, brick or block. Try it, I was sceptical also.
That was painful to watch the hammering of the anchor. Best way to hammer something with threads is to place the nut on the bolt and screw it on until it's flush with bolt, then hammer. That protects the threads, prevents the end of the bolt from mushrooming, and saves a lot of headaches.
How to find the load points for the beam connected to the house?I’ve watched many videos, and the more I watch, the more complicated it seems. However, I’ve noticed that many of my neighbors' structures look much simpler.
@@m.santos1520 ... I never got a reply... the only thing I can think of there were no nails placed under that portion..and maybe laid the shingles with some type of adhesive....
I can't even count how many times I have seen this mistake smh and it is such a simple step. Youre suppose to pull up 3 or 4 rows of shingles, remove the facia board, and tie your new 2x6 rafters into the existing rafter tails.. a couple nails in each of the rafters and you're set.. then when you run your new roofing material it goes up n under the existing shingles at least 1 ft and wam bam wont ever leak... And why on earth would you double up on the plywood ? You say so the roofing nails wont go through but all you have to do to solve that problem is buy the right size nails, they make em short enough that they won't go through.. come on guys use your head for more than a hat rack... Oh and on a pitch that flat you're suppose to double up on your felt underlayment and run your shingles on half, full, half pattern.. cmon you guys are hacks
