Biopsie process unnessary 90 percent of the time Detailed Blood work is enough to explain everything in there. That is why I left the states. I had my resume surgery in Europe. It was better then almost perfect.

I had a transperineal prostrate biopsy last month after a PSA = 7.9 and a PIRADS 3 MRI. It wasn't the most comfortable afternoon I'd spent, and the application of the local anesthetic was the most uncomfortable, but lasted only a second or two. Everything was over fairly quickly (I'm not sure how long, it was difficult to judge). I was soon on the bus home, and I was riding a bike two days later. And, BTW, everything was benign.

Husband speaking here. It is amazing to me that so many urologists are resistant to making the transition from trans rectal to trans perineum.

This seems so intuitive. Mine was trans-rectal (trans-wrecktal LOL). Why risk the infection? Why risk the colon wall? Is there a bigger risk for trans-perenial with obese patients?

I wonder if a person had colon cancer and didn't know it and he had a prostate biopsy done and the needle past through the cancerous colon into the prostate wouldn't it show in the results that it was cancer of the prostate. It just seems like it would to me.

Colon and prostate look different under the microscope! If this did happen the pathologists who receive the samples taken will know which organ the sample is from.

Do women’s bodies also produce testosterone? And if so, how is it produced and how does the woman’s body use it?

Yes, women bodies do produce testosterone, but way less then men do. Men have about 20 times more then women

The Covid vaccine works! At least, a little. You can still get Covid with the vaccine, but maybe a little less often. You can still get sick with Covid, but maybe a little less with the vaccine. You can still carry and transmit Covid, but maybe not so often with the vaccine. It really works.. a little.

scientists has never before achieved unanimous consensus in any subject before until the jab. it already tells you, among all the control of our speech, proganda and straight out lies about the long term jab safety in our media etc. that the scientists in the medical field are not to be trusted anymore. there is something very sinister going on behind the curtains. nothing else would explain this so called consensus amongst scientists and politicians. there's zero studies which show the jab is even overall safer than the virus, no studies that show the pros and cons of jabbing the whole race, and no studies on the long term safety, obviously. jabbing the entire planet means that the whole human race will also be exposed to any possible side effects it has in long term, and the scientists and politicians know this. but somehow they all united pretend as if they knew nothing major is going to occur, even when modifying the jab against new variants without new trials. If i cannot trust the s1st4m, i cannot trust a chemical they are offering to me. especially when it's done by force and branewash. ps. i don't need a medical degree to have valid concerns about the jab, and if those who have the degree fail to show me the study which answers to my concerns, then they were very much on point.

Yes that plateau thing is REAL. The problem is the limitation of walking as exercise. Maxed out at 4.25-4.5 MPH means burning fat slower as you shed weight during the "Honeymoon" period. The problem is jogging isn't practical for many as it is a threat to knees, ankles, hips for some of us. Weight training needs to be mixed in to take weight loss further.
