Is it true that this unit can program a key when you do not have any working Keys / chips / fobs present for the vehicle ?? I read somewhere that it could for a 2008 Land Rover lr3 and the lost Keys mode. I have a 2008 Land Rover lr3 and the key fob is completely destroyed in the immobilizer chip does not seem to be working when I use the blade with the chip next to it trying to start it. It just flashes red with the immobilizer security Dashboard Light. I'm waiting on a locksmith who is out of town this weekend that has that unit and I'm just trying to get feedback on if it should be able to program with no working key present just some unprogrammed ones
The issue is that the reports are "erased" as you scan the vehicles. Aka the cloud link only works for the most up to date scan. If you don't download the file right away on a PC it is OVERWRITTEN!
What about brake life reset, air filter reset, fuel filter reset I know sounds like a diesel vehicle but why have DPF Regen if you don't include it on the tool
I have this tool but it causes a bunch of communications problems with many Dodge vehicles. I’ll plug in the dongle and it will start wigging out the cluster .
I've been very pleased with the Autel Smart Keys, especially the Premium (OE-style) keys. Very little issue learning/adapting and quality is quite good.
I bought the autel ms906pro ts Thinking it would do most my needs to find out I can’t even scan abs codes on my 1998 Camaro I called autel to find out not even this new ultra supports scanning the abs system . I was told to old of a car So I guess because it’s to old they figure it’s not worth having the capabilities to still read abs codes? There is lots of these cars still on the rd here in North America Makes me wonder more of what my autel scanner won’t scan now on older vehicles Snap-on solus edge scanned it no problem
These SGM's are a clear violation on the right to repair and if my vehicle has no warranty I should be able to repair it myself without paying for access to my cars systems
Even the Flagship Autel is way too slow handling anything related to internet. Nice try but I rather use the PC that is there beside me on my Diagnostic Cart especially considering it has a 27" 2K Monitor! AllData gives me everything I need! Thanks but no thanks.
How was this video supposed to inform me of how to use a vaguely described feature to improve my productivity? It literally tells me nothing about any type of utilization. If you guys are serious about improving efficiency and workflow, start by installing a proper full and open Android OS on the tablet. Something that allows usage of multiple clipboard items. Where you can pin items frequently used when populating customer information into the report fields. Make it to where I can use a blue tooth dongle for a keyboard AND still remain connected to the VCI.
I had a mobile windshield company come to my home and replace my windshield and do the calibration.. It cracked again recently and was recommended to a different company. They are telling me they can’t calibrate it at my home. It has to be done in. the shop, is this true?
I ran into this with my ITS600 a few months ago and had no idea what was going on. Luckily the sensors can just be cloned, but I can see how this would be an issue for other diagnostic functions. $50/yr for AutoAuth isn't that bad either, even for a low volume shop that won't use it much. It'll pay for itself the first time. Love my ITS600!
Is there still updates or whatnot for the older ones... I ran into problem with mine as when I put new batteries in it it seems like it took some of the updates and stuff away
