Agree with Dev,if email trail is 10 pagers long ,I would suggest a meeting to get better context and also to ensure query is resolved or actioned soonest👍
Dev, the video with the Dad on the News and the kids come in. That wasn’t the nanny but their mom😊. I prefer meetings and calls to emails. It’s quick and efficient and nothing is lost in translation. I also tend to ask what the other person prefers, share an agenda and get to it. Short meetings all the way. People lose focus and concentration when meetings drag on for hours.
Yeah Nat, dress up even from home... 😊 Its fun and interactive. Alot of the corporate activities are as good as the support the employees give and this is mainly driven by the culture set by leadership😊. Enjoyed this one🎉
Celebrating diversity should be a daily thing but it’s not. For most organisations it’s still a ‘tick-box’ thing like celebrating black history month in Western countries.
