Hi Emily, thank you sharing your story and being honest, I've been on a weight lost journey since being a child and my weights always going up and down, this time as been the most consistent for me in regrads to losing weight, can't really go into the why's, but I'm also looking for help, I don't binge eat and I don't turn to food when I'm having negative emotions, I tend to just stop eating altogether then after about a week i start to eat again but I drink a lot of water and coffee lol I started going to the gym about 3 wks ago and I love it, I don't know why i was so scared to go before now. Can't wait for the next video much love from the UK 🇬🇧
Thank you so much Jenny! The gym can be intimidating. I haven’t been in so long I know if I went now I would be nervous. I’ve got some lighter weights and a walking pad at home and a rebounder (a mini trampoline). The rebounder is so much fun!!!
Yasss!!! Smart woman!! I have my eye on a few things for Black Friday as well. I think I’m going to wait to buy the curtains for my living area until Black Friday. I have to buy like 20 panels 😭😭😭
Emily, loved hearing your story. I've struggled with binge eating / restricting all my life, as a reaction to stress at work or personal life. The last 16 years have been hard, especially work, and I was in the usual cycle of numbing stress through over or under eating [and over drinking] until I realised that doing this was causing its own huge, painful stress. And so I stopped abusing my body as much as I could - because as we know, life stresses never stop of course. I know it's hard but we really can learn to respect our bodies, treat them with kindness as much as possible, and so remove the awful pain and stress of out of control eating. Lots of love ❤

I'm sorry that you went through this. It's amazing that you've got a handle on your issues and are making sure your daughter has a healthy attitude. It's not easy to buck our programming. You look incredible and very healthy and slim. Go you!
Thank you so much!!! It is an ongoing battle, but I am definitely in a better place now then I have been in the past. I am practicing self love as much as possible and focusing on nourishing my body and mind ❤️ I hope you have a great week!

Haha I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who doesn’t preheat the air fryer! I cook pretty much everything in the air fryer.. so much so that I am on my second airfryer, because my family used the first so much that the handle literally came off lol! I love to cook chicken thighs in the air fryer. The fat from the dark meat makes it so delicious and crispy. I also love to cook brussel sprouts in the air fryer I literally char them it’s so good! And one of my favorite sides is air fried baby carrots. They taste like French fries!
that lip color is beautiful on you! what kind/color is that? great job on the weight loss! I lost over 100lbs 7 years ago and the maintaining is the hardest part

Your hair is so pretty! I have super thick hair and on a impulse decided to have it cut into a bob in March 🤦♀️ it just reaches my shoulders now. My hair gets super greasy so I can't go without washes. I can't wait to have long hair again. I'll come back to this comment in a year and check in with how much my hair has grown!
It will grow back in no time! I get the urge to cut mine off sometimes too, but I feel like my hair is the only unique pretty thing about me 🥴 so I never end up cut it. I actually have nightmares that I’ve cut it 🤣

Eat a lot of protein.. don’t use heat everyday.. use claw clips instead of hair ties… don’t use bleach on it..keep it moisturized.. hmmm.. I only wash mine every other week. I don’t know if that helps with growth, but my hair grows really fast now and it did not when I was younger and was washing it every other day.

@@LifeofEmilyRae I use false lashes but with using the kiss or ioni lash eyeliner glue it's a game changer with false lashes. I use it everyday. You just put it on like an eyeliner and then set ur lashes on it..waalaaa its stuck til u take them off. Don't know if u like false lashes u have to put on yourself your pretty self wud cute with any of them.
