I love this!! I see all kinds of possibilities with this pattern!! I think I'm going to make mine with a LONGER collar (like a "shawl" collar that comes a little further down the front of the jacket) AND, I'm going to make it as a VEST and bind the armholes. Thank you for the inspiration!!! 🥰

Beautiful jacket. I’m going to make this. Just as an aside a bound seam is called a Honk Kong seam. A French seam is sewn wrong sides together , sew seam, then turned so right sides are touching then seam sewn again.

What is the name of the pattern

Geez, roll that sleeve and put a clip at each end, it will NOT unroll, and your sewing will be easier (no pulling), and your seam will have nice straight, uniform stitches. OMG.

what about 4 way stretch that have lines going both way? I have a piece that needs to be cut on the grain and i can not tell which way it goes.

Love the collar on this jacket. No one should be afraid of that sleeve, it is an easy one to put in. A tip: Take that quilted fabric from the longarmer and wash it before you cut out your jackets. Then you are sure when you have to wash your jacket it won't shrink and be unwearable.
