Christine Rydel was my Russian professor at Grand Valley State University, when I was there for four years majoring in Russian Studies. She was an amazing professor, but also an amazing person. I can only aspire to her level of passion and intellect. Great memories. I am sad that we've lost touch over the years... :(
Interesting and informative both about Poland and about her film. I hope the film critics listen to this lecture. And by the way, she is an excellent director and, obviously, a very intelligent woman.
