@@ShawnOfTheDead-v6o hahaha I moved out of Minnesota when I was 19 and have since lived in Alabama, Minnesota for a little bit again, and Texas. Surprised my accent isn’t more southern 😆
Thanks for giving a glimpse into your life 👑 Work hard play harder 😎 you are a Legend! Have you ever thought about going live? ❤️🤟 anyways much love and keep killing it 😈🌌
I’m not planning on staying in Houston for long, so don’t want to date someone who has roots here and would want me to stay. I don’t want to get sucked into a city I don’t love aka settle. Plus I enjoy being single right now! It’s fun 🤩
Do your debt free scream at Dave Ramsey's studio and post it. Very happy for your. Never go back into debt! You should also do monthly budget and money goal setting videos like other popular content creators.
LOL people do not really change after a certain age. You will be better off finding someone whose characteristics and personality you can accept long term and they likewise can of you.
Cool channel. I am from Houston also in my 30s. Glad you were safe from the storm. Checkout Rudy's BBQ on your way back from Galveston next time you are out there if you like awesome BBQ.
After watching this video I now get why this girl is single. Relationship success actually comes down to selection 90% of the time. She is clearly picking non-traditional losers.
@@salvatorevuicebot6658 I’m actually choosing to be single and very happy 😊 But you’re not completely wrong about choosing losers lol, some of my exes are umm, definitely not it 🙃 But we live and learn 😆😆
@@heathergosse I think that is a good thing. Being single for a season helps break any issues with codependency that people feel that drives them toward relationships when many times they are actually not in need of one and/or the person they are with will not be good for them long term. It is better for you to be happy on your own and then when you are ready to find a good compliment to your life, seek that out. When you are ready to find your next relationship and hopefully your last, choose stability over fun/excitement/toxic/bad boy types. Every Yin needs a Yang. Like Dharma and Greg if you remember that TV show. Dharma is the free spirited yoga instructor and dog trainer...reminds me of you lol. Greg is the Harvard educated straight laced responsible attorney. They both balance each other out in positive ways, but also are stable. I know it might no seem like "your type" at first, but date them until you hate them so you can give them a chance to grow on you. It is how many times you find 2 people from high school who you never thought would end up liking each other come to end up together. Not everything is an initial spark, somethings are a slow burn.
(KJV Mark 1:15) "And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel." (KJV John 3:16) "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." I really enjoyed this video Heather. You have some kind parents and friends. Wabasha is such a beautiful place. The footage of the Mississippi River made me remember time I spent on the sandbars as a kid on the Colorado River in Arizona. It certainly is nice to have friends and family to rely on when you are going through a difficult time. My family was there for me during some trying times this year. I appreciate your honesty and advice. I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos. (KJV John 3:17) "For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved." (KJV John 3:18) "He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." (KJV John 3:19) "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." (KJV John 3:20) "For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved." (KJV John 3:21) “But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.” (KJV John 8:12) "Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." (KJV Galatians 5:22-23) "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." (KJV Romans 8:1-2) "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death."
I live in south Louisiana at the end of the Mississippi River. It’s so shocking to see how different the river is further north! We don’t swim in the Mississippi down here! 😂
Haha yeah, the Mississippi river in the south is def a dangerous place to swim for sure safe and fun to swim in the north. If you ever get a chance, make a trip up to northern Minnesota to Lake Itasca to see the start of the Mississippi river. It's so little and cute and the area it's in is beautiful.
I love you and I loved watching this entire video . I went to wakaan 2022 but missed 2023 . I'm glad I got to see wakaan through your lens. I hope to be there 2024 . I am a new grad with zero experience and I get a job that pays 25.45/hr base salary and 2.5 diff. I feel like It is really low salary. Although MLS is a bachelor's degree,it is not easy to get it, so entry level salary is too low.
You should check out travel MLS. They pay 💰. But yeah my first job out of college definitely paid higher than average because it was at Mayo Clinic and they treat their employees very well to get them to stay. Depending on the state you’re in, $25/hour is probably average for starting pay.
The hospital Where I did my externship offered me a job,but I wasn't really ready to start working right after college. Then I did some vacations and started applying for MLS travel jobs. All of the companies told me they only hire people who have at least one year experience. Then I started applying for permanent jobs and I couldn't even find any in the areas I was interested in. After I had to relocate to Indiana from Ohio. That is where I found this job. Most of the companies want someone with experience.
@@teweldenegusse1345 ohh okay, that makes sense now that you say that. As crappy as it is, usually after you get 1-2 years of experience under your belt, finding jobs after that get so much easier. It’s getting that first job right after college that is truly challenging. It sucks but it’s almost a take what you can get type thing, suffer through it and go from there. My first job, which is what I was working at in this video, it was a good job but I lowkey hated the location. Nothing to do, had to drive over an hour to go to a concert or do anything fun. But now I live in a bigger city so all worth it. I wish you the best of luck though!
My masters is totally unrelated to embryology. My masters is in plant pathology aka agriculture. I think a science masters plus lab work experience helped me get the job. Medical bioscience is a perfect route I would say for embryology 😊
You have any tips for my first festival, it’s Hulaween. I’m 35 and spent a couple grand just getting everything ready and the vip tickets/camping ♍️👑 Thanks for your time 👑👻 I’m nervous but ready lol.
@@jessezamudio4625 omg I’m so excited for you for Hula! I haven’t been but I think at Hula, you can park anywhere but maybe it’s different since you’re VIP. I would say bring a canopy but since I think you’re gonna actually camp in the forest, the tree cover will provide shade. I recommend keeping a separate cooler for your food and drinks. To make the food cooler last longer, use insulation around the edges of the inside of the cooler and top. Also freeze water bottles and ice packs vs ice to keep food cool. I’ve wasted so much food at festivals because the ice melts and gets into the food. Cheese sticks, meats like paninis and hard boiled eggs are your best friend for quick protein snacks. If you can, eat that before you sleep at the end of the night. Drink a Liquid IV every morning. Bring lights for your camp at night. String lights are always vibey. Buy a camping rug. It’s so nice to be able to take your shoes off at the end of the night and sprawl out on the ground/stretch without touching the ground. Or a yoga mat at the very least. Baby wipes. Lots of baby wipes. Bring your AirPods. Idk how the service is but download/save sleeping sounds like waves or crickets or something so that can play while you sleep just in case you end up closer to the music at the afters and want to sleep. Bring an eye mask too. Carry a hydration pack. I usually always have baby wipes, hand sanitizer, a mask for if it’s dusty, a phone leash/clutch loop. I doubt theft is crazy at Hula but you can never be too safe. I always wear the hydro pack along with a cross body bag in the front for phone and wallet and other important things . Hiking boots are my go to for camping festivals. Comfort over anything else. Wear earplugs!! Buy a paid or Eargasm earplugs if you haven’t already. If you get anxious for whatever reason, remind yourself that you’re there for the music, so focus on the music to help you get out of whatever mood you’re in. Bring something to trade/give to people whether that’s Kandi or little toys. Make a point to go and look at the vendors. I always like to put money aside to splurge there. You can find some super unique stuff at the vendors! Say “excuse me, thank you” when trying to get through a crowd. It’s the fastest way when people can hear you and you’re being respectful vs just pushing through the crowd. lol that’s all off the top of my head just now! Hope that helps! You’re gonna have a great time!
@@heathergosse THANK YOU SO MUCH! 👑 That helps a lot! I can’t wait to meet you at one of these 1 day. I think Electric Forest is my next one, my friend who I was in the army with always wanted to go and passed away. Thank you for your time explaining everything 💯it means more than you know!
@@heathergossehope to see you at a festival one day! 😊 Much Love 🤟 what are your future festival plans? I know you just paid off your student loans which is super boss moves ❤️👑
Your lab sounds like such a great place to work! I’m an MLS working in microbiology, but I’d love to work in a more focused molecular lab like this one. How did you find this job?
I don’t work there anymore but yeah it was a good place to work. I worked at Mayo Clinic. Grew up in the area so always knew about jobs there. Definitely apply if you want to move to a cornfield in Minnesota 😆 Haha that’s the biggest con, it’s 1.5 hours south of Minneapolis and not much to do outside of work. It’s def a good place to get some resume building experience though
@@NomadicHispanic I use my iPhone 14 max pro for the music and then vlogged on my Sony ZV-E10 vlog camera for everything else. At the time I didn’t have a good mic so if I recorded music on the Sony, the bass would distort the sound 😆 sometimes phone does the job just fine :)
