The Boardbot buildings have always had my favorite music, both before and after the Director's Cuts revamp. Of the five departments, theirs feels the most like an _adventerous ascent of purpose,_ like you're on a _mission_ to get to the top, and every floor feels like a new and bigger trial. And then you get to the top floor... and Dave Brubot (who is canonically offscreen playing the music in every building every time) *_goes hog wild_* on all of the instruments at once, something you captured toontastically here 👍
A friend of mine only played Splatoon 3 for Splatfests initially. Afaik, he's never played the first two games either. I kindly bullied him into at least trying out the story mode, and he was genuinely surprised that story mode isn't just a bunch of turf wars. He's still going through it slowly and only beat the first area, but man, I'm hyped for when he gets to the end. As a bonus, he's made it very clear that he does NOT like Salmon Run. I can't wait until he learns more of the plot.
If you ever get the chance, I definitely recommend playing one of the games, especially 3! It’s such a wonderfully wacky experience, and the storyline can get surprisingly deep. The rest of the soundtrack is very unique as well.
It's my favourite franchise EVER. It has several multiplayer modes( you will have to reach level 10 to play all of them): ●turf war ●tower control ●rainmaker ●splat zones ●salmon run ●clam blitz a single player campaign and an upcoming dlc!(the story in the dlc is still being worked on for now. Currently we only have a lobby reskin.) And it is probably the most colourful post apocalyptic shooters (all humans died because of some dude nuked Antarctica, a flood happened and a scientist saved his cat instead of all humanity,) We play as evolved octopi and squid called inklings (squid) and octolings (octopi)! :)😊
Finally got to Pace so now I can listen to this masterpiece :D It's so fun hearing this song in such a different style compared to the original, really love it though! <3
@@murderdronesl0vr69 that's the tweets009 effect™ (aka i had a huge fixation on ttcc that ended last week and made a huge playlist for music from the game and commented on a lot of them)
