Large Builders will hold it for longer time, very meanial discounts. 4. More pressure, more discounts. But, pl. talk to small to medium builders and bid for strong discounts, it might help you, but, prices won't go down drastically. it is stagnated market only, which will comes back as soon the world is out of recession and other parameters.
