Prioritize rifle 2 over rifle 3 to prevent yourself from running out of initiative before your malice is full. Keybind the about face function, and use it with rifle 4 for really good mobility, you can also kneel/R4->R4 for mobility and stealth its a little slower than about face r4 but you get to save initiative and stealth around. Sword/dagger set will help you stay alive in the middle of a fight more often than dagger/pistol, you have plenty of stealth generation already and a really good burst weapon with the rifle. When fighting daredevils as a deadeye, whoever runs out of stealth first loses, prioritize stealthing up and save your interupt for when they try to combo into stealth. Chain interrupts by marking -> mercy -> marking, works really well to finish off low health opponents. Keep at it, thief is a hard class to learn.

tip: try to be more with team and less wandering off doing stuff solo like decapping, dueling. Your number 1 priority is support. btw is your build enough support orientated if that's what you want to do?
Good suggestions thank you! I am naturally just wanting to be very aggressive so I switched it around to be more damage oriented but just as tanky and Healy these days. It’s a full on hybrid spec I do now basically all I do is provide shields for the team but yeah full support is too boring for me lol. The dmg version of it I can hit 400-500k sometimes even with rune of dolyak it’s op 😂

Absolutely! I'm gonna start adding a clip at the beginning to my vids that shows it once I can figure out editing software :P But it's basically just this build "metabattle.com/wiki/Build:Reaper_-_Procmancer" with relic of cerus (relic of the reaper is good too because of the number of chill effects) and I use rune of the necromancer instead of lynx. Wurm for the optional utility, and on the curses tree I swap lesser enfeeble for lingering curse. The weapons are the same as the link except I interchange the offhand with pistol to be experimental sometimes.

Thanks! Lol yeah first couple games I was just pressing buttons for no reason but still having a blast. Now that I'm starting to understand it better I've switched it more to your original build :P But I actually swapped traveler to rune of the dolyak cause I found most of the time I was just planted in huge team fights for several minutes on end. Slapping ranked with this build right now. Might be a new main!

i started playing the year the game released, played for a couple years then took massive break. i never played mesmer until about a month ago and now im stuck on the chrono shatter build. just love it. nice match btw
Thank you! I realized much later my pure enthusiasm about PvP gets me good games like this but I’m far from playing it perfectly the class takes a lot to master. The more I learn about the game the more I learn I know nothing about Mesmer! Super in depth class to pick and master and also super fun and cool. Still undecided between Mesmer and necro as my main.
