I met him on Folly too! He is one of the hardest working musicians in Charleston!! He plays many instruments including his hand built suitcase drum. He has a unique sound & writes his own music too. If your’re still in Charleston he’s got a standing gig tonight (Wed) @ Chico Feo’s. He’s also on Spotify. Thx for the comment ✌🏻
Thank cheezus no one believes in climate change or has flooding and wind damage insurance....😂😂😂😂😂 Sorry couldn't help myself. Trying so hard to be empathetic to the red states but seeings how all your Republican representatives and Republican senators voted to defund FEMA i really cant muster any of those feelings up. And you better believe theyll be saying the government ain't doing nothing while the blue states fund your rebuilding. PROJECT 2025 DISMANTLES FEMA! SO YOU VOTE REPUBLICAN YOU ARE VOTING AGAINST YOUR BEST INTERESTS! It's all so toxic and really too much for my Lil brain.
She does & I think looks like a young Stevie. She’s got Stevie’s mannerisms down too. It was a fun show. I hope to see them again. Thx for watching & for the comment ✌🏼
💯…Have you seen the MTV Live of SS? This was Stevies breakup song to Lindsey. Their soul connection is so clear when they lock eyes for an entire minute (I’ve timed it haha)…I can feel the fire just watching that video. Check it out
I respect your opinion. Tyler Childers, he’s not. I once heard Dolly Parton say Whitney Houston’s version of I will always love you was better than her own, so some covers are better than others. As a music lover, I go out to hear live music all the time. The bar owners want music people know from the radio & most performers read the words from a Phone connected to the mic. This young man is a singer song writer, I enjoyed his originals & I hope to see him perform w his band one day. I am a huge large fan of Tyler Childers & it’s rare for me to hear his music covered. No he didn’t do it the way Tyler does but he’s a fan & he’s trying to gain fans with familiar songs. Not only did he do Childers, he covered Sturgill, Isbell & Cody & knew the words w/o a phone. Thanks for taking the time to comment, I appreciate you watching my video. Take care…gb ✌🏼
Hey Bobby, this is off topic, but i noticed your profile picture is a jeep. It seems s like every jeep I see now has rubber ducks across the dash, wassup w that??? Thx in advance =)
I know you're a true crime documentary enthusiast. I suggest you watch the latest true crime documentary video I recently prepared. Your thoughts are valuable to me.
@@brianrorer1938 Thank you that’s very sweet of you to say. I think thats a wonderful idea. He hopes to be a dentist one day. He’s in his 2nd year of grad school & has a 3.9 GPA. I’m a very proud Mama!
I spent a few weeks in Isle of Palms about 30+ years ago and saw his band pretty much every day at a different beach bar. Such a nice guy, great player and so happy to see he's still at it. Cheers to Michael!
That’s interesting. My Son & I were at Michael’s Ye Olde Music Shop & I told him how much I enjoyed his Idlewild Revival show in May. He thanked me & invited me to hear this show of his originals. It was a good night! His Allman Brothers tribute band Idlewild Revival is scheduled to play again in March 2024, so come back & see him.
BTW that sounds like a fun few weeks. I just spent a few months doing the same on James Island celebrating retirement. Different bands but I did see Michael play 3 times. He’s so good & so are the musicians he plays with.
@@billrussell3940 I concur w your friend. Both shows I’ve been to, they played 3 hours & nailed it! I just uploaded ‘Please Call Home’ & I’ll upload something from the Hanahan show. Michael Davis raised money for the beautiful amphitheater there in Hanahan, SC.
Fucking Kick Ass dude!!! Love to see and hear good true music still getting played!! Keep on rocking and don’t let no body stop you man!! Much love from an ol Georgia boy!!🤙🤙❤️❤️
