Why do you have your comments turned off for most of your videos? Can you have a conversation regarding the validity of the nutrition advice you are giving?

I love this concept of sugaring down... I was recently a big Sigis fan for yogurt always trying to find the right one 9 or less for sugar. I wondered about plain. So now I enjoy Plain Yogurt, still challenged by should I buy 0 fat, or whole? However, I have been really enjoying Stonyfield plain in two ways; on my salad as a dressing; and a dessert. I take frozen package of only berries with no added anything and let it thaw out; add a little to the plain yogurt and it is wonderful. A while ago I did the reduce salt thing and sometimes if I buy something like recently tried Nancy's organic cottage cheese and the first thing I thought was omg too much salt! The first thing that hit my tongue was SALT, not the good organic cottage cheese I was hoping to taste. Anyway love the idea of reducing sugar and reducing salt. Thank you.

One of my favorite videos. Your cooking is good enough. Plus, I had some leftover fried rice yesterday. So good.

@@wendywesleynutrition I'm sure what ever you do would come out perfect. Do you not normally carve the Turkey at Thanksgiving?
