I have overall 12+ years of experience, out of which 8+ years of experience is in ServiceNow and the other 5 years of experience in HP Service Manager. I am in Top 5 of Virtual Agent Community and in Top 150 of ServiceNow Community. I also won first position in ServiceNow Hackathon held in India in 2020.

I believe, while in global application scope. Add to sys_properties.LIST. glide.script.block.client.globals & set to false.

So I spoke with SN and yes, over the next year or so (it'll take awhile), all customers will be moved from MariaDB to RaptorDB, but...there will be a "premium" or "pro" RaptorDB offering that will feature faster performance, etc. that customers will have to purchase to get.

If Row level (Table level) and Column level (Field label) are types of ACL then what is Type field with options like Record, Processor, client callable script include, ui pages and many more in the ACL record?

Really Thank you, what if i want to create a report for assignment Group from a DataCenter. ie.. Data Center is a Assignment Group, from DataCenter to assigned to any other groups. We want to get only those report. Is it possible to filter tickets to get from a specific Group ? Assume that we are belongs to DataCenter. there is some reasons we re-assigned to any other group a ticket once we received. so we want to find list of ticket in which we re-assigned. Really appreciated for your response
