So I spoke with SN and yes, over the next year or so (it'll take awhile), all customers will be moved from MariaDB to RaptorDB, but...there will be a "premium" or "pro" RaptorDB offering that will feature faster performance, etc. that customers will have to purchase to get.

Really Thank you, what if i want to create a report for assignment Group from a DataCenter. ie.. Data Center is a Assignment Group, from DataCenter to assigned to any other groups. We want to get only those report. Is it possible to filter tickets to get from a specific Group ? Assume that we are belongs to DataCenter. there is some reasons we re-assigned to any other group a ticket once we received. so we want to find list of ticket in which we re-assigned.
