If there’s a power outage (Miami = hurricanes) your car is stuck in your living room. What happens when the troubled teen high on drugs/alcohol drives it through the glass wall - or off the balcony?

Very cool. But seems like a long process and inconvenient. How often are breakdowns. How often does someone do something wrong to disable it by accident. Even if I were wealthy enough I think I would rather have a nice private garage space on a sub floor. Four walls with a garage door. I love my car but not enough to give it a penthouse view.
@postalfnj I was wondering that myself, but if you were to live there it probably wouldn't matter because the expense of buying a Porsche would be less than what you pay in property taxes and the building maintenance. For example one of the units currently for sale costs $6 million, the Miami-Dade Property Tax Assessment for that condominium is $42,509.22 per year and the building's month maintenance fees are $4,450 per month ($53,400 per year) for a grand total of $95,909.22 per year so if you purchase a Porsche Macan for $60,000 it wouldn't seem that much considering you'd be paying close to $100,000 every year in property taxes to Miami-Dade and the building maintenance fees.
Being able to sit in the car and not needing to go outside in the cold/warm weather or fearing your car might not startup because of the conditions is actually quite smart. I know most people say "what are your home garages for" or "why don't you just walk up to your car" etc, but for some people its not such an easy task and this is definitely makes things more comfortable and more secured for the car not parking outside or in a home garage that can still be broken into. I recently had the previlige to park my own car in my brother's apartment where they had this automated elevator that takes the car into its specific parking spot away from everyone. In one of the most crime-related areas around the city I felt the car was safe where it is. Its really smart.
We’re humans we do all types of things what if you’re coming home from a club you’re feeling a little intoxicated and you just crash your car inside the building 😮 what’s next ? The building is going to need repairs are what if the system have problems and you get stuck in your car in the elevator? You can spend millions but we’re living in reality where shit happens airplanes crashes with passengers onboard
If you don’t get this feature or have reasons against it it’s coz you’re not on the level of condo owners in these luxury buildings. You’re parking on the street in Hialeah coz you don’t have parking with your walk up studio
This is a great idea for rich people with multiple homes . I don't mind the wait if I am hiding my Mistress up there 🙂😉 While you waiting take few Viagra lol 😆 or watch Netflix
Cool, but a total waste of time and money. The valet parking these high end places always already have would be way quicker and less hassle. With that many units each with two cars could have a real long wait at times. Would be fun the first time.
