I am from Calgary, Alberta Canada located just one hour from the heart of the Rocky Mountains and Banff National Park. I am married to my beautiful wife, Jessica Bakken. We have one daughter, Sydney Rose and one on the way( I'll have to update this in like a week haha). I founded a community organization called Socality which is all about connecting people locally and globally using social media and using our collective influence for good. Between Socality and my own Instagram @scottcbakken I have the opportunity to meet many people all over the world. Yay! Stoked to discover you! An outdoorsy, health-minded, traveler who is now adding a fitness focus! Yay for the niche! Somehow.... it's either been outdoorsy adventurous mountain lovers whose lifestyles I aspire to emulate, or..... gym buffs who are ripped and spend all day lifting weights in the gym and doing yoga to look so ripped. YOU - combine the two. I haven't looked much but somehow stumbled upon you and you seem to be a person who is living the best lifestyle while also sharing insight on getting body hot. Yay!

I have yet to see a "victim" that looks vaguely strong or above average on these machinas This is because of two devastingly factual reasons. 1) you need gravitional loads, 2) moving promotes perfromance and cheating and unloading. I am stronger than ever and exercise 100 seconds per week. No auto-debit required.. Yet, you realize this and still devastate trainees with nonsense.

This woman wrote a book which offers nothing new but repeats information that you could easily find on the internet about managing debt which is in itself, highly questionable. Fact is, if there was any easy way to get out of debt, there would not be millions of people in debt in the first place and there would not be record numbers of personal bankruptcies. Her book's premise is that readers need a budget which doesn't work, and she offers ridiculous advice such as selling off personal items to try and secure extra cash to put on debt. After reading the first six chapters of her book, you discover that she suggests that if her plan doesn't work, consider a consumer proposal which only serves to ruin your already damaged credit rating. Hardly good advice! Just another motivation speaker like Tony Robbins and so many others before her who sell books, tapes, courses, etc. just to make money and essentially fool people when they are at their lowest in times of difficulty.
