Our goal is to represent everything that’s great about getting on the water, from the technical aspects of rec and touring to the pure rush of whitewater. We stand behind all of our kayaks with the assurance of the highest levels of quality, from initial design to end performance.
Best to keep arms tucked and elbows close to ribs. Practice using a sponge placed under your arm pit and don’t let the sponge fall out while maneuvering. Good video, thanks
Can't wait for y'all to put the Indra up on your website. I want to drool this winter while I decide if i'll go for a SM/M or M/L in spring as a 5'11" 175-180lb man
Does anyone know if the seat is adjustable on a Dagger Infrared. My feet go past the end stop on the foot rest by 50mm so I removed them. I am only 5 ft 7 inches.
Nice explanation, even my technique is a bit different (Dagger Axiom). Thx for showing the system, so I can set up my new Dagger! Kind regards, Henry (Germany) 👏😊
Can you use the new thigh hooks on an older Dagger with Ergo outfitting like the Mamba or Rewind? My foot is falling asleep in my Rewind after adjusting the bulkhead all the way forward, moving around the thigh braces and adjusting hip pads. I am wondering if these new thigh braces would do the trick :)
As someone that will never whitewater kayak unless they start putting motors on them this looks really silly. You're being pulled by the current, of course you're going to need to push against it to turn.
Great thoughts Anna. Stacked hands is great to highlight and glad you added combo strokes! The way you worded your comment on an active bow draw made it seem like bow draws always have to be active, in other words, dynamic. But I find static bow draws very helpful in many cases. In fact, I plant static bow draws all the time and then combine into a forward stroke. Maybe you didn't mean to say it like that so thought I'd clarify! The use of static vs. dynamic bow draws is dictated by your goal.
In Colorado, still hands down, worst customer service and warranties. Dealers first question is where did you buy it? Dagger website says contact ANY dealer. Rei as a dealer? Took them 10 minutes to figure out I wasn't talking about knives... need some reps out here...
What’s the weight range of paddlers for the M/L and what’s the volume of the boat? Liking the rails, sharper than the code and rewind, more like the supernova.
250 is what we are calling the max weight. As far as minimum goes, it’s kind of up in the air. There’s people in the 150lb range that enjoy and opt for it.
got to paddle one the other day and it's such an incredible boat, can't wait to get my own! Really hoping Dagger eventually releases an XS/S and L/XL size so more people can enjoy this fantastic modern creeker
My son and I both bought the 14.5L. The new colours added to the 2024 line are Green Mist and Blue Mist. We are arranging to pick them up this week. It's gonna be a great summer.
this looks so awesome! The bolt pattern seems to be the same as on current contour ergo thighbraces so hopefully these new thighbraces will be able to be retrofitted to contour ergo boats that are already out there in in the wild?
I love to see that Dagger fixed a huge weak point of there awesome outfitting. In my opinion the thigh braces were a huge weak point in the Dagger Outfitting compare to other brands if you look at the boat contact there. But it seems like the new system will fix that. Nice
Which thigh braces fit in Dagger boats? I have a 2023 Nova. I'm assuming Sout 2. But they have Tyoe 1 and Type 2 variants of the Stout 2 thigh braces. Was there a bunch of modifications involved ? Thanks!
Please tell me Dagger is going to make these available without buying all new boats. I would love to buy them for my Code, Rewind, Super Nova and Jitsu.
