Usually a bunch of ba things happening over and over and feeling there's no way out or it won't get better mixed with past trauma and events. I considered it a lot. It feels like you cannot escape ever, you just want whatever that's bothering you, for me, non stop depression and anxiety to this day. You just want out of it sometimes, no matter how extreme.
