you could easily make them morphs and because of that they don't allow you to make morphs for everyone and you need a real private server make morph and this is why it's a tutorial and all the morphs are accessible and follow the tutorials

Just go to a private server and type !btools

Say !btools and you get it

go in to your private server then type !btools in ultimate toilet roleplay
