Hello! Great day 1 workout! I have a question ⁉️ I enjoy walking. Is it ok to incorporate walking in on the days of these workouts? For instance, I did the lower body workout and today I'm having a good bit of soreness. Is it ok to continue with my walks throughout the challenge? I'd like to do both. Thank you and I'm so glad I found your channel!!

Good Afteroon! Do you a video in which you walk a mile? I am on a fitness challenge and need to walk a mile a day,a but it is too hot in Florida outside! I am looking forward to starting your Names of God, also! :) thank you!
