One of the Uworld questions mention that free T4 would be decreased when pregnancy arises in a patient with hypothyroidism and that levothyroxine doses need to be increased due to this. In 2:16:30 was mentioned that free T4 remains normal. Can someone explain or correct me if I'm wrong?

Around minute 8 mark, he talks about IE and S. gallolyticus being a part of step viridans. S. gallolyticus is actually associated with colon cancer/hepatobiliary disease as a heads up! Don't know if someone mentioned this or he corrected himself. He did not mention S. sanguinis as a part of step viridans group and I have seen this come up a bit
I came here to comment about the ending of episode 1 of the GI series, that pep talk at the end was EVERYTHING!!!! “Don’t let your back ground out your back to the ground” wow!!! & the information about doing things at the RIGHT time to avoid stress!? Wow that just gave me what I needed to NOT procrastinate!!!
@7:12 Another way to understand adrenal enzyme defects: 1) at age 11, kids only want the sweet sugar - so lacking glucocorticoids 2) at age 17, teens are only interested in the opposite sex and sweet love - so lacking androgens & glucocorticoids 3) at age 21, adults are getting all the sex they can but still want some sweet love & salty snacks - so high androgens with low glucocorticoids & mineralocorticoids
