I have three questions. What's is the moisture content of the veneers before the gluing process? I'm under the impression that these are air dryed veneer, am I right? And the second what type of resin do you use, Ureic or Phenolic? Can you glue ureic resin with veneers of 20% moisture?
yes, we use sunlight to dry veneer. The veneer needs to be controlled moisture content belows 20% before manufacture. We mostly use urea folmadehyde glue . With the suitable temperature and hot pressure, the bonding is still good , no delamination .

people will love plywood more if there is no formaldehyde, and the price will increase much more if consumers don't worry about it, why don't use eco-friendly glue? is there any eco-friendly plywood? at least let the consumer choose.
