Good to see one of my peers out working today... Me too on a nasty greasy kitchen that has not received a good cleaning in 5 years! Thank God for nasty jobs! 😎
Beautiful job. I had a client who experienced this. I told her just because a company has a MHIC number don't mean that they know what they are doing. Great job
I have a whole house of wood floors coming up. The realtor lady had carpet ripped up, I’m assuming it has no poly in those areas. Spp and 2 coats of poly? Or crb using the IFT then neutralize?
thanks for this information, and taking the time to share info! Q: If an area rug is removed and the floor under it looks discolored, can a screen and refinish be used to even it out?
He explained a lot in this 11-minute video - all good information. Like how he educates the customer. Let them know what a screen and coat can do vs. a full sanding. And, despite all the information he shared, there is still so much more to know for the homeowner who wishes to do it as a project. But it can be done. The only thing that I would change from his explanation is that you do not need a seal coat, if you stain your floor. The stain acts a seal.
Hey Courtney, what is the process to get this kind of floor refinished? Did you etched the floor or scraped it and then do the recoat? I have new house in Cummings having the same issue. How much will it costs to refinish about 2500sf of this floor? Thanks
