1. Plan for a 7-6-5 Combo: Try to put a 7 on one side, a 6 either on the other side or directly next to the 7, and a 5 in the middle somewhere. 2. When next row is coming, get a mini combo: Try to set up numbers so once the next level row arrives, you'll get immediate detonations. 3. Don't explode bottom before row advances: Try to not detonate numbers at the bottom when a new round is about to begin so you can use their explosions to weaken circles in the new row. 4. Use 2 above a number soon exploding: If you're about to detonate a number in a column that's next to another single column, drop a 2 on top so it'll fall next to the other column and score a chain. 5. Be aggressive and hope for chain combos: Always go for destroying circles; they'll very quickly overwhelm you if you don't deal with them, and the new numbers can often chain far beyond your initial drop. 6. Waste most 1s because they get you trapped: if a 1 can't immediately be used to set off a combo, clear out a 2, or weaken a circle, toss it somewhere it'll instantly detonate. 7. Get a 1-2 combo and focus on exploding them: if there's a 2 next to a 1, focus on freeing them from surrounding numbers so they'll clear out and not clog up your board and trap you. 8. Focus on eliminating 1s: 1s will trap you, so any 1 should be hunted down. 9. Two number columns: Look for and create columns with two numbers followed by a third number on top that's two less, like 775, 664, 553, and 442. 10. Focus on higher spots: drop any column that is higher than the rest to keep it even and avoid overflow. 11. Find or make columns with repeated numbers that can chain themselves: For example, if you have a column of multiple 2s that's alone, you can drop a non-2 number next to it and chain every 2 in the column. 12. Use 1s to clear out 7s and 6s: Like in rule 6, use 1s strategically by dropping them next to a 6 or 7 ready to explode to take it out and chain the 1 itself.
Nooo need to drain the pool anymore for high CYA! If you have a flow over drain/hole, use a hose drop it to the bottom of the pool and do a flow over for about 3 hours at a time per day and keep testing CYA. Draining a pool can be dangerous and can cause it to pop out the ground. Someone told me to do this as my CYA was over 100. I did it for 3 days and my CYA when down to 30. L
