shouldn't processes in MLQ be in two different queues at this case? why is there only one queue for all priorities? it only looks like a combination of RR and priority queues but not MLQ.
i'm being taught completely different - no arrival times, no TQ using the Tannebaum example. I don't understand why people don't teach RR this way. It makes so much more sense.
