Designed for people who love and live with family on the spectrum. Life With The Spectrum brings together resources, tools, and organizations as we all navigate the journey together!
My son is in gnets and we was lied too about the program. My husband and I have tried too get him out for a year now. This is so heartbreaking. We need help.
Your videos are very good and your editing skills are excellent, but your videos are not reaching many people. The main reason for this is that your videos are not SEO optimized. I am a RU-vid video SEO expert and would like to optimize your videos. Are you interested in this?
Connor really struck a nerve with me. I could relate to him a lot even though I've got ADHD and not Autism. Seeing his growth was amazing and very motivating for myself too.
Yes, we toke my daughter to NYC for HS Graduation, she really wanted to go as a Graduation present. It was busy, we stayed on Time Square, and she LOVED it. I was amazed that she coped with all the sensory. I on the other hand was, this is too many people and too much action, plus getting turned around. Go figure! I will checkout the book.
As a mother of 2 ASD kids, I HATE your show and how it cookie cuts and stereotypes people on the spectrum, not to mention makes a mockery of them. You might as well start a freak show at a circus with the intro of "step right up, see the amazing wonders of people with autism finding love!", because that's essentially what your show is doing...
Yes i’m sorry you hate the show. Gina herself has a child with ASD making her not only knowledgeable, but helps her work extra hard to help create awareness and a safe place for kids and people of all ages with ASD to come together and connect, and most importantly to let them know, they are not alone …. she is dedicated to ASD and helping others build confidence and possibly careers. The fact is not one person is a stereotype or a cookie cutter on the show they are all different which in return helps other children like my son and his friends learn so much and gain confidence. I hope everyone realizes nobody gets paid to be on the show. These families are putting their vulnerability out there to help other people on the spectrum. The show is to create awareness of ASD and to promote other people with ASD so when people connect, they are like-minded. Let’s please not hate on someone’s hard work. Thank you and have a good day
As a former teacher of students on the spectrum, I love how your show offers families so many opportunities to connect with other people and organizations to positively influence them and the life of their child. I look forward to watching your videos each day and am especially excited to see your sit-down chat. Can't wait!!!❤
I'm a mom of 2 ASD kids as well. I think this commenter is saying she hates Love on the Spectrum, not Gina's show, which is about connecting to resources. I mean...we all see things differently and Crystal Brown thinks it's making a mockery. Her right to feel that way but I think the kids on Love on the Spectrum has allowed viewers to see them much more like humans than if they hadn't really met anyone on the spectrum before. So as a mom of 2 ASD kids, I simply see it differently. Gina's show is awesome and has helped me to learn about all of the things that are out there to help our kiddos that I never would have known about. Just wanted to give my 2 cents
I'm not sure how many of these episodes you have watched but it seems like not a lot. I know many of the people featured and we all have very different kids on the Autism spectrum. We are all special needs parents here and I get your life is hard. Gina is informing us of resources that might help. As another mom of 2 children with special needs, I think we need to support each other rather than spend our energy trying to hurt them.
Hi, please do not hate on a persons show, but, Gina puts hard work into these shows and I hope you watch more episodes of the fantastic spin she puts. Thanks -LG
Thank you, Gina, for the invitation and for the opportunity to share our origins, journey, and vision forward…all in under 20 minutes! #TogetherWeShall ™ 🪽🩷🌈
Great question. Most parents with special needs kids are open and would appreciate any resources that you can direct them too. With more and more kids diagnosed ASD, this show aims to help connect them with the resources and tools they might not otherwise know about. I think everyone knows that the heart is always in the right place! G~
Autism Improvised is an excellent program. My 21 y.o. autistic son participated in the Zoom class with Instructor Alex last summer and it was a great experience for him.
Great job ladies and I love your “serving” hearts. I also love the “Faith” piece that you talked about. We have started the Front Porch Church in the Chicagoland area and have weekly worship services Sunday evenings. Our very first service was a year ago and God opened the doors for over 110 people to attend. Our service is designed for families with a special needs family member(s) to worship together. There are no distractions at our service, only interactions within our community.
