If you're going to use both antennas for transmitting on CB radio they should be around 1/4 wave length (9 ft.) apart to be effective. You'll need properly co phased coaxial cable as the SWR won't be correct. Co phased coax cable is usually of the RG 59 variety (75 Ohm) vs. the RG 58 (50 Ohm) for a single antenna. Using RG 58 coax with a "T" adaptor won't work either. If they're properly phased then your radiation pattern will be concentrated mostly from front to rear with nulls to the left and right of the vehicle. 18 wheel truck drivers used this particular arrangement so their signal is concentrated to their front and rear to hear other drivers much better.
Right under the back seat are rubber plugs I don't remove the plug I just put a little cut in it so there's rubber around the edge so it doesn't break the coaxials also on the back of the cab if you got skinny enough arms you can actually tap into the air vent
Wondering the exact same thing. 22 Gladiator 3.6L. Noticed the oil pressure blast up to 81 PSI while accelerating lightly while the trailer in tow. I would expect a slight increase while towing but not 81 PSI. You having any issues since the time of the video?
There is no valve tap that I can hear. Just sounds like a normal engine. You will always hear some amount of valvetrain and injector noise. Maybe it's just not coming through on the video.
Personally I was very disappointed with the fuel economy my hand calculations over 3 months worth of fuel UPS I actually was averaging anywhere between 18 on the low side and 22 as my best ever with distance driving, my 22 ram V8 hemi 4x4 distance driving actually can get 20 miles of the gallon realistically, done it for 4 months working 32 miles each way to work. In the city is where my ram will drop down to 14 to 15 miles to the gallon the little 4 banger in the Chevy can still get around 18.
@@Robert_Brand Thanks for the advice. I was just wondering if was good on mpg. I love my 3.0 Duramax and probably will never go back to gas again. I can tell you I took a trip from Michigan to new Braunfels tx and it only took me 2 full tanks to get there and I was very impressed. I have lM2 engine and thinking on getting the 2023 trailboss 3.0 duramax lZ0. But if they don’t come down on these prices then I’ll just keep my truck. Thanks again for the insight and good luck on your journey. Keep up the good work. Appreciate it!
The cherry bomb is basically a legal muffler but you can look straight in one side and out te other. It has a Minimal muffler effect really non. I think it helps th he most on the higher pitch of the exhaust
