Really useful. I've been having a problem with rats lately. They seem to be coming in from the void under the house but I can't for the life of me find an entrance point. But the drain does run adjacent to the wall where the rats are appearing. Traps have only caught juveniles so far.

did you make the air bladder? looked for one online and can't find one, my place in West Virginia has these terra cotta pipes buried in the concrete floor, this could be very helpful, alternative is to jack hammer up the floors and not wanting to do that, I do get sewer smell in the basement and would like to make that go away
