How is the sound quality when just listening to loud music indoors? How does it compare to a JBL Partybox? Or to a hifi system in the same price range?

I use EKX 15p tops also, lovely speakers. They are way more "big & louder" sounding, compare to ZLX 15p which I have also. EKX input signal limit is from another galaxy. Output power as well, it is possible to push they realy hard, so be prepared on it. (If directly compared, ZLX looks like good and clarity sounding sidefills or midsize stage monitors, while EKX are still portable midsize venue PA main speakers.) As for subs... depends on your needs and expectations, on kind of music you play through them. If you consider your subs are ok till now, with EKX tops overal sound performance will be even better. But... big gigs with couple hundreds of people are calling for something else - in subs. With 2 pcs of EKX 15p I can imagine something like a 4 pcs EKX subs or dreamly 2 pcs of powerful (and realy expensive) ETX subs, to balance power of EKX tops. However, cooperation between EKX 15p and ELX200 subs will be smooth and seamles, using DSP built in crossover and it's dedicated factory setting.
Thanks for your video. Very informative. I have an issue that I hope you can help me with: I use the LIVE icon to control my scenes. It works fine for a few weeks, then clicking on the scenes don't do anything and I can select multiple scenes. I have to go back using the EDIT button to use my scenes but of course, I don't get fading, etc. I can't find anything that has changed. I'm not sure where to turn. Thanks for any help you can give.
Great review... I prefer DHL 10-A because of it's 2inch horn which makes the top end sound crisp and cleaner. 6-A are better for transporting and setting up if you're on your own. RCF HDL Line-array is great.
This is awesome! I am on a super tight budget as a solo musician, and I have been looking at all of my options for lighting, and have decided to go the DIY LED tube light route. My plan is to have 8 of these 1 meter DIY LED tubes hooked up to a DMX decoder, then I'm planning on getting 4 Par 64s with a 4 channel dmx dimmer, that will be used as back and side lighting. My issue is not having a lighting Tech, and I don't really want to put some party lights on a "Sound" setting or a "Pre-Programmed" chase setting, as I've seen so many other solo acts or groups use. So my plan is to use Ableton Live to send command triggers to myDMX 3.0 and have pre-programmed sequences in the software. So having the 3D Visualizer would allow me to easily program each song with unique looks.

Elmondom, miről kellett volna beszélned. Arról, hogy a program milyen dmx vezérlőkkel képes kommunikálni, és persze azt is, hogyan kell ezt beállítani, hogy felismerje. Ehhez képest te ezt jól átugrottad. Csak azt a lényeget ugrottad át, amiért értelmetlenné vált pont az, amiről aztán beszélsz. Nem azt kellene bizonygatnod, hogy te mennyire értesz a kütyühöz, hanem azt kellene bemutatnod, hogy mit kell ahhoz tenni, hogy a kütyü nálam is működjön. De úgy látom, hogy ez neked nem céled.
Does anyone know if you have to use the chauvet showxpress usb-dmx unit or if you can use a third party device. Struggling to find the answer anywhere.
Hello Brandon.. I’m using 2 HDL’s on top and one JBL SRX828sp for subs .. my question is; can I plug everything direct to the mixer going to the HDL’s and after that ending in to the jbl subs ?? or you recommending plug all the speakers into any crossover ( drive rack) to split out the HDL’s speakers and low speakers? Can anyone answer my question ? Thanks
For the life of me I can’t remember how to make my show come up at startup automatically, I have to do, file, open recent files and click it each time. Anyone help me out?
