I’m on my second round of 75 hard, 4 kids, work 24/7, picking and dropping off kids at school everyday. Turned 43 today, I’m so dam exhausted today but having done this challenge before I know the reward in the end is way worth it. Challenge isn’t about physical toughness (as you can choose your realistic workout) but more a mental challenge. Good luck to anyone starting 🙌
ThAT 2 45 mins work outs is throwing me, some days i only have about 3 hours of free time before i have to go to sleep for work the next day. How can someone on a rigid achedule make thos work for them.
None of the activities are hard. It’s just hitting all of them, without fail, for 75 consecutive days that makes a lot of people drop out. I’m 59 YO and on day 47.
Cries in ME/CFS 😭 2x 45m workouts a day would land me in a wheelchair. I miss being able to push my body! I might try this and change the exercise rule to the smallest workout I could still do daily without crashing, if I managed 75 days of that it would be groundbreaking 🔥🔥🔥💪🏻 It’s been years of this and I’m back to working full time and my health has improved immensely BUT regular exercise is still the one thing that eludes me… had a gym membership in January and went in for like 15 minutes (weights and mobility only - cardio is my kryptonite) and even so… I crashed so hard that over 3 weeks I only managed to make it to the gym about 4 times… 😭 No idea why I just told this to a bunch of strangers, but thanks for coming to my Ted talk! 😅
Just an fyi Neosporin is not recommended by the majority of dermatologists bc it can cause atopic dermatitis. Just thought you would like to know! Better just stick to Vaseline or aquaphor!
As soon as you buy something or anything from outside in 75 days hard.. you loose.. That sucks that you have tome to do exercise but cant make any food for yourself. Eat coean, eat healthy. Dont eat outside at all to stay healthy.

I use olive oil! On my feet skin face etc add some salt for exfoliating remove after 15-20 mts w a hot wash cloth. Cuts bad oils while NOT removing moisture. Does wonders for your feet especially 😊
I’m modifying this to fit me. 1 drink half body weight in oz 2 do two 45 minworkouts however I can 3 stick to diet and calorie goal 4 read book, or meditate, or journal, or visualize and manifest. my choice 5 progress photo
Getting sun is important If you go out daily that part wont matter but his method addresses more than weightloss its trying to change how u think while creating healthy habits that will help u beyond ur weight.
defeats the entire purpose of the challenge. You cant modify ANYTHING. NO excuses. Its a mental toughness challenge designed to build discipline. You just lost all the discipline
@@haykdarbinyanI mean to be fair the challenge is specifically made for people who already grind in the gym daily. Modification is valid if it helps them tackle the end point eventually.
@@Heather25430 Hey dude some people can just go to the gym 😂. Free time and interest and such. But if that’s the case then bros hard work is valid. The challenge is hard and somewhat biased, but not impossible.
The 45 minutes workout twice a day is just not realistic for me. I don’t have this time at all. I still work out for 45 minutes once a day and do all the other stuff
